Lisa Solomon Showing in Milan and Elsewhere!

LPP artist Lisa Solomon of Underdog Ink has a bunch of shows going on and up.  She is also doing some fundraising for Japan disaster relief; check out those projects here and here.

“Fleeting Beauty” @ Nicoletta Rusconi – Milan, Italy

She will be showing a new body of doily toxin work – including 7 drawings, 3 sculptural renditions of toxins, and a large wall size toxin vinyl sticker piece at Gallerie Nicoletta Rusconi. Some of her recent deforestation pieces will also be on view.

Lisa’s flying out to do the installation and will be at the opening on March 31st from 6:30pm onward. If you happen to be in vicinity – please say hello ! or if you have Italian travel in your future – the show is up through June 10th

“Pressed at the Seams” @ the Clayman Institute for Gender Research on the Stanford Campus

Comprised of 4 bodies of work, this solo show, curated by Amy DaPonte is up through April 8th.
it’s on view from Monday – Friday 10-4pm at the Serra House on Campus.

“Habitat” @ Bank of Commerce, Lafayette, CA

Her large drawing “Nocturna: we will soon be 3″ is part of a group show curated by Carrie Lederer, Steve Pon and Christine Murray.

Jan + Earl over at poppytalk have generously given her some space to share what she would collect if she could.
