Full Moon Rising

The full moon occurs when the moon is on the opposite side of the Earth from the sun. People have found the full moon mesmerizing and entrancing  over the course of time and still do today.

Amazing. I was just looking at the moon here in Vermont last night and saying “it really IS like a huge shiny gold disk that’s been thrown into the sky.”

Love it. I was thinking something similar but also thinking how it seemed to make everyone crazy here. For some reason people were insane everywhere I went last night.

Love the VPL leggings!
I admit to being totally affected by moon cycles! New moon = me cranky.
Since the solstice the moon appears in front of my house and the sun rises behind it. It’s quite neat to see both in the morning when they’re respectively setting and rising.
